Position Details

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Loader to join our team in the South West region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, trailers, or containers as directed by management, ensuring that goods are handled safely and efficiently.

  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, or containers according to schedule and as needed

  • Operate powered industrial truck equipment or hand trucks to move materials in a safe and efficient manner

  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents

  • Inspect and report any damage to cargo or packaging to management

  • Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the loading/unloading area

  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel, drivers, and management as needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience as a Loader or similar role is preferred but not required

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Familiarity with standard warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, fork lifts, etc.
