*Key Responsibilities: *
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

- Support the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, nurture relationships, and support the conversion process.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services, marketplace, and competitors.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support the organisation's events by planning, organising, and executing promotional activities (both online and offline).
- Contribute to content creation for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated across all touchpoints.
- Develop strong project management skills by coordinating multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
*Qualifications: *
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9-4 (A
- C), including Maths, English, and ICT.
- A Level 3 qualification in a marketing or related field is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO).
- A genuine interest in marketing and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
