As a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you will be an integral part of our production team, responsible for the construction, assembly, and installation of various joinery products. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and versatile joiner to showcase their skills in a fast-paced and creative environment.

• Manufacture, assemble, and install high-quality furniture and joinery items according to specific designs and client requirements.

• Carry out repairs and maintenance on existing products, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.

• Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and practical solutions for clients' needs.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies and regulations.

• Adhere to deadlines and work efficiently to meet production targets.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing ideas on how we can enhance our processes and product offerings.

• Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter, with a strong portfolio of previous work.

• Proficiency in using a range of woodworking tools and machinery.

• Strong understanding of construction principles, materials, and techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and challenges.

• A proactive approach to health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

• Flexibility to work within our core production hours, which may include early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekend work as required by project demands.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

• A valid driving license is desirable but not essential.
