As a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you will be an integral part of our production team, responsible for the construction, assembly, and installation of various joinery products. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and versatile joiner to showcase their skills in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Manufacture, assemble, and install high-quality furniture and joinery items according to specific designs and client requirements.
Carry out repairs and maintenance on existing products, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and practical solutions for clients' needs.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies and regulations.
Adhere to deadlines and work efficiently to meet production targets.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing ideas on how we can enhance our processes and product offerings.
Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
Proficiency in using a range of woodworking tools and machinery.
Strong understanding of construction principles, materials, and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and challenges.
A proactive approach to health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Flexibility to work within our core production hours, which may include early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekend work as required by project demands.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
A valid driving license is desirable but not essential.
