• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle ERP solutions that align with our client's strategic goals and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, create functional specifications, and develop architecture designs.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight during the development, testing, and deployment phases of Oracle ERP projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle ERP solutions, staying updated on new features, functionality, and best practices.
• Ensure solution scalability, performance, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with our clients to understand their unique business processes and provide tailored solutions that optimize their operations.
• Lead knowledge sharing sessions, workshops, and training programs for internal teams and clients on Oracle ERP solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Oracle ERP practice by identifying and implementing process improvements and innovations.

*Requirements: *

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in an ERP consultancy, preferably with a focus on Oracle ERP.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Manufacturing, Projects, etc.) and their integration points.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with database technologies, application servers, web services, and middleware.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate complex business problems into technology solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of managing and delivering large-scale ERP projects on time and within budget.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Oracle ERP are highly desirable.
