P/T Accounts Administrator | Job in Cheshire

  • Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and financial reporting principles

  • Exceptional organizational abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounts using QuickBooks and Xero

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budget reports, and other accounting documents

  • Reconcile bank statements, manage petty cash, and process accounts payable and receivable

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of invoices and payment processing

  • Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and ad hoc financial analysis as required

  • Assisted in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecast models using Excel

  • Supported senior analysts in auditing and analyzing financial statements for accuracy and compliance

  • Contributed to ad hoc projects as required, including due diligence for potential acquisitions
