*Essential: *
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in Payroll & Finance Coordination roles
- Proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and other finance software packages
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues within data
- Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with GDPR and data protection regulations
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
*Desirable: *
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Experience working within the manufacturing or logistics sector
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Understanding of HR processes and payroll administration
- Project management skills
- Experience with international payroll would be advantageous.
