*Responsibilities: *
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and conduct hearings.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the company's goals and promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation schedules, preparing necessary paperwork, and providing a welcoming and informative experience.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including open enrollment, COBRA administration, and dependent verification.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding promptly and professionally to their questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination on HR-related matters.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned by the HR management team.
*Requirements: *
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a HR Administrator or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and other relevant software.
