*Responsibilities: *

  • Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and conduct hearings.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the company's goals and promote a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation schedules, preparing necessary paperwork, and providing a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including open enrollment, COBRA administration, and dependent verification.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding promptly and professionally to their questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination on HR-related matters.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned by the HR management team.

*Requirements: *

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a HR Administrator or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and other relevant software.
