As a Pre-Sales Consultant at ****, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by collaborating with our Sales and Solutions teams to identify customer needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process. Your ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to various audiences will be instrumental in closing deals and growing our business.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, both in person and remotely
- Provide technical guidance and expertise during the sales process
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and disseminate information about customer requirements and feedback
- Contribute to the development of sales materials, case studies, and product positioning documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, ideally within the IT solutions industry
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and security solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and build strong relationships with clients
