5+ years of experience in customer success, data analysis, project management, or a similar role within the technology industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets using SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages.
Proven experience in designing and implementing customer success metrics and KPIs that drive business results.
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk for data analysis, reporting, and customer interaction management.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across various levels of an organization.
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex business issues, identify key drivers, and develop solutions that improve customer success outcomes.
Solid understanding of the technology industry and its trends, particularly in the areas of SaaS, Cloud Computing, and Customer Success Analytics.
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker for presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies in project management is a plus.
Ability to travel occasionally as required by the role.
