RBC Brewin Dolphin is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Wealth Advice and Governance Senior Business Manager. This position plays a crucial role in delivering excellent wealth advice services to our clients, upholding the highest standards of governance, and contributing to the strategic growth of our business in the East of England region.

*Key Responsibilities: *

• Provide high-quality wealth advice and guidance to a diverse range of high net worth individuals and families, ensuring that their financial goals are met through tailored investment strategies.
• Lead the governance function within the regional team, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, industry best practices, and RBC Brewin Dolphin's internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to provide seamless service delivery, fostering a culture of teamwork and effective communication.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and understanding their evolving needs to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of RBC Brewin Dolphin in the East of England region by identifying new business opportunities and developing innovative solutions for our clients.
• Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance on wealth management best practices and supporting their professional development.
• Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes affecting wealth management, ensuring that the advice provided remains relevant and up-to-date.

*Qualifications: *

• Proven experience in a wealth management or financial planning role, ideally within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of investment products, risk management, and financial regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality advice that meets client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, Chartered Financial Planner) is desirable but not essential.
