Job Role Summary

The Receptionist plays a pivotal role in our organization, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and staff alike.   • Front-of-House Management: Ensure the reception area is well-organized, clean, and presentable at all times. Oversee security procedures, such as signing in visitors and issuing passes or badges as necessary.

  • Supporting Staff: Provide administrative support to staff members as needed, including photocopying, faxing, and mail distribution.

  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage small-scale events, such as meetings, training sessions, and seminars, in collaboration with the Events team.
