• Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Encourage service users to participate in activities that promote independence and social interaction
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Display empathy, patience, and respect towards service users at all times

*Requirements: *

• Proven experience as a Care Worker or similar role within the social care sector
• Strong understanding of current best practices in dementia care, mental health support, and learning disabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with service users
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required by the needs of the service
• A valid driving license (desirable but not essential)
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to obtain these qualifications
