*Responsibilities: *

  • Manage all incoming reservation requests, including phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of room availability, rate changes, and booking details in our reservation system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction during the entire booking process.
  • Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally, aiming for timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Management team to optimize room rates based on market trends and occupancy levels.
  • Provide support in other areas of the reservations department as required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our reservation system and processes, seeking out new efficiencies or best practices where possible.

*Requirements: *

  • Proven experience in a similar Reservations Agent role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to handle customer queries effectively.
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
