• Collaborate with head office teams on store initiatives, promotions, and merchandising plans to ensure consistency across all locations.

• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Store Manager within a fast-paced retail environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrable experience in inventory management and stock control strategies.
