Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their enquiries in a friendly, helpful manner
Providing product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
Maintaining an immaculate store environment by ensuring displays are tidy and products are well-stocked
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system
Assisting with merchandising tasks, such as receiving new stock deliveries and organizing items on the sales floor
Working collaboratively with your team members to achieve store targets and provide exceptional customer service
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Basic computer literacy and the ability to use a POS system confidently
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to learn quickly
Flexibility to work on a roster that includes weekends, evenings, and public holidays
