Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Awareness of the sales market within the Yorkshire and Humber region would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Legally entitled to work in the UK.

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their enquiries in a friendly, helpful manner

• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system

• Assisting with merchandising tasks, such as receiving new stock deliveries and organizing items on the sales floor

• Working collaboratively with your team members to achieve store targets and provide exceptional customer service

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service

• Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Basic computer literacy and the ability to use a POS system confidently
