In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects of our sales process. Your primary duties will include:

  • *Contract Management:
  • Review and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring they meet company standards and comply with legal requirements.
  • *Contract Administration:
  • Prepare, execute, and manage sales contracts throughout their lifecycle, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely renewals or terminations.
  • *Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand client needs, provide contractual advice, and ensure a seamless sales process.
  • *Risk Mitigation:
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
  • *Process Improvement:
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our contract management processes, seeking opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness gains.

*Qualifications: *

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of contract law and regulations
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
