In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects of our sales process. Your primary duties will include:
- *Contract Management:
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring they meet company standards and comply with legal requirements.
- *Contract Administration:
- Prepare, execute, and manage sales contracts throughout their lifecycle, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely renewals or terminations.
- *Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand client needs, provide contractual advice, and ensure a seamless sales process.
- *Risk Mitigation:
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
- *Process Improvement:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our contract management processes, seeking opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness gains.
*Qualifications: *
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of contract law and regulations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
