• Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favourable terms and prices.

• Analyzing project performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.

• Preparing comprehensive reports detailing project costs, variances, and recommendations for action.

• Liaising with senior management to discuss project financial status, issues, and potential solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) are highly desirable.

• Proven experience as a Cost Manager or similar role within the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale projects.

• Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement strategies, and cost management principles.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw accurate conclusions.
