*Responsibilities *

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to envision, develop, and execute creative, innovative, and functional designs for our workspace environments.
• Oversee projects from conception through completion, ensuring that design vision is maintained while addressing operational needs and business objectives.
• Act as a mentor and leader within the design team, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and productive work environment.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into compelling and practical design solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in workplace design, incorporating innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement in our design approach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs within budget and on schedule.
• Contribute to business development efforts by participating in pitch meetings, presentations, and proposal writing to win new projects.

*Qualifications *

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in workplace design, with at least 3 years at the Senior level.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for conveying complex design concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles, as well as an understanding of workplace trends and best practices.
