As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by leading and executing quality assurance activities for our products or services. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer expectations while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

  • Quality Management: Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

  • Product Quality Assurance: Lead the quality assurance efforts for our products or services, ensuring that they meet required specifications and do not compromise customer satisfaction.

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in current processes and workflows, and lead initiatives to optimize them for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Quality Metrics Analysis: Analyze quality data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for process improvement. Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of Quality Engineers, providing them with the necessary training, resources, and support to perform their roles effectively.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to ensure quality is integrated into every stage of product development and delivery.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products or services comply with relevant local and international regulations, standards, and certifications.

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees such as Master's in Engineering or MBA are preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership position. Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., manufacturing, software development) is essential.

  • Skills: Strong understanding of quality management principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving process improvements that reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve overall product quality.
