Role Overview

In this exciting and challenging role as a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician based in the South West, you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our industrial equipment and systems. *Responsibilities: *

• Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures to maximize the service life of machinery and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot equipment problems, and perform necessary repairs or arrange for outside contractors to complete such work.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members to identify areas for improvement in our maintenance processes.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to analyze machine performance data, identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Participate in the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of equipment, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and apprentices as needed.

*Qualifications: *
