In the role of Sister/Charge Nurse for Ward T7 Trauma & Orthopaedics, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dedicated team of nurses to provide high-quality patient care in a trauma and orthopaedic setting. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in patient care and take proactive steps to mitigate those risks, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff alike.

• Documentation: Accurately document all aspects of patient care, adhering to established policies and procedures.

• Policy Compliance: Ensure that all nursing practices comply with relevant local, national, and international guidelines, standards, and regulations.

• Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the ward team, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
