Site HR Administrative Assistant | Job in Merseyside

As a Site HR Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources team within our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR services at our site location.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  • Assist with onboarding processes for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and orientation activities.

  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, ensuring timely processing of forms and communication with employees regarding their benefits packages.

  • Process employee requests, such as time off requests, leave of absences, and transfers.

  • Maintain the HR filing system, ensuring all employee-related documents are stored securely and can be easily accessed when needed.

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll-related documents, including timesheets and payslips.

  • Collaborate with management to resolve employee relations issues, providing administrative support as required.

  • Participate in HR projects as required, such as policy development or training initiatives.

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information at all times.

  • Contribute to a positive and professional work environment by providing exceptional customer service to all employees.

  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-site organization.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.

  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service to all employees.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
