Daily Activities

In this role as a Stores Assistant, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team based in London. Your primary responsibilities will involve maintaining the inventory, receiving and processing orders, ensuring proper storage, and assisting with general store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Arrive at the store and complete any necessary paperwork or administrative tasks.

  • Check and respond to any urgent emails or messages from the management team, vendors, or customers.

  • Inspect and clean the sales floor, stockroom, and other store areas as required.

  • Assist with receiving new merchandise deliveries, ensuring that they are checked against purchase orders and put away correctly in the stockroom.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to replenish items on the sales floor, arranging them attractively and maintaining an organized, visually appealing display.

  • Conduct a regular stock count and update inventory levels in our database systems accurately.

  • Assist with processing customer orders for collection or delivery, ensuring that they are packed securely and correctly labeled.

  • Address any customer inquiries regarding products or services, offering helpful solutions and maintaining positive relationships.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that the store remains clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the day.

  • Assist in closing the store, which may include tasks such as locking up the cash register, securing the premises, and preparing for the next day's opening.

  • Conduct a final stock count and report any discrepancies to your supervisor.

  • Organize and straighten the stockroom, ensuring that all merchandise is stored appropriately and efficiently.

  • Complete any remaining administrative tasks or paperwork before leaving for the day.
