  • Collaborate with the hiring teams to design and administer pre-employment tests and assessments as needed.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes by identifying areas for optimization and implementing new strategies based on industry best practices and trends.

  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to employment.

  • Act as a coach and mentor to junior recruiters, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and best practices within the recruitment industry.

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role within the recruiting field.

  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing methods, and employment law.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues alike.

  • A strategic mindset and a strong commitment to continuous improvement in the recruitment process.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related technology.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Relevant certification such as SCP, SHRM-CP, or CHRP is highly desirable.
