We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team based in the East Midlands region. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead, manage, and develop a team within our organization.

• Leading and managing a team to achieve set objectives and goals

• Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and productivity

• Providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help them grow professionally

• Ensuring high standards of service are maintained at all times

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the business

• Liaising with senior management to report on team progress and address any issues that may arise

• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions where necessary

• Strong understanding of team dynamics and management strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best

• Problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
