• Ensuring compliance with all traffic management legislation, regulations, and company policies.

• Conducting regular inspections of traffic management equipment and making necessary adjustments as required.

• Providing guidance and support to junior team members when needed.

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.

• Proven experience as a Traffic Management Operative or similar role.

• Necessary qualifications in accordance with the General Regulations for Temporary Traffic Management (GRA).

• Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic management practices.

• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with authorities, stakeholders, and the public.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights, as required by the nature of the role.

• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods of time.

• Full UK driving license is essential.

• Familiarity with relevant traffic management software is desirable.
