Training Coordinator | Job in Tyne And Wear
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a training coordination role or similar position within the education, human resources, or business development sectors.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Training Coordination Skills: Proven ability to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for various levels of staff. Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation techniques is essential.
Organizational Skills: High level of proficiency in organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Excellent time management skills are crucial.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly convey complex information in a way that is easily understood by trainees at all levels of the organization.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), video conferencing tools, and other relevant technology used for training delivery.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze training needs, evaluate effectiveness of training programs, and make data-driven decisions to improve future initiatives.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, facilitate team meetings, and provide coaching and guidance to staff during the training process.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff at all levels of the organization. This includes the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
Certifications: Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar certification is a plus.
Knowledge of Local Regulations: Familiarity with the training regulations specific to the North East region would be beneficial.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt training programs to meet the unique needs of the North East region and its workforce.
Project Management Skills: Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and reporting, would be advantageous.
