Vehicle Technician | Job in Bexley

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic team in the heart of London. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

• Carry out routine servicing and repairs on a wide range of vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines and company procedures

• Diagnose vehicle faults using electronic diagnostic equipment and manual methods

• Liaise with workshop supervisors and management team to ensure efficient workflow

• Maintain accurate records of service, repair, and maintenance activities for each vehicle

• Collaborate with other technicians to share knowledge and best practices

• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times

• Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures diligently

• Formal qualification in automotive engineering or related field (e.g., Level 3 NVQ Automotive Maintenance & Repair)

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably within a reputable garage or dealership

• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and understanding of electronic systems in vehicles

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work methodically to identify and resolve complex problems

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers

• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines

• Valid driving license and willingness to drive various vehicles for diagnostic purposes as required
