Vehicle Technician | Job in Bexley

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic team in the heart of London. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.
Carry out routine servicing and repairs on a wide range of vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines and company procedures
Diagnose vehicle faults using electronic diagnostic equipment and manual methods
Liaise with workshop supervisors and management team to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain accurate records of service, repair, and maintenance activities for each vehicle
Collaborate with other technicians to share knowledge and best practices
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures diligently
Formal qualification in automotive engineering or related field (e.g., Level 3 NVQ Automotive Maintenance & Repair)
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably within a reputable garage or dealership
Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and understanding of electronic systems in vehicles
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work methodically to identify and resolve complex problems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers
Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
Valid driving license and willingness to drive various vehicles for diagnostic purposes as required
