Warehouse Assistant | Job in County Durham

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team in the North East region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, maintaining inventory levels, and assisting with the packing and shipping of goods.

*Key Responsibilities: *

• Receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Conducting inventory checks to ensure accurate levels of stock.
• Assisting with the movement and handling of goods as required.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.

*Qualifications: *

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and perform manual labor as required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work during peak periods, which may include weekends or overtime.
