*Role Overview: Warehouse Operative - Full Time *

Welcome to an exciting opportunity with a dynamic and expanding business based in the Yorkshire and Humber region! We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team on a full-time basis.

*Key Responsibilities: *

• Receiving, sorting, and storing incoming stock efficiently and accurately.
• Picking and packing orders swiftly and meticulously to meet customer requirements.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
• Operating various machinery, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and stackers, in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Collaborating effectively with the warehouse team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Performing routine quality checks on products and reporting any issues promptly.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Assisting with loading and unloading of deliveries when required.

*Qualifications: *

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• A strong work ethic, flexibility, and reliability are vital.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are desirable.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment is necessary.
• Familiarity with using warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and stackers would be an advantage.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to change are essential.
• A valid UK driving license (preferably with counterbalance or reach truck certification) would be beneficial but is not mandatory for the role.
