  • Receive and process incoming goods efficiently and accurately, ensuring accurate stock levels.

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

  • Operate various warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and effectively.

  • Assist with the organization and management of stock, including cycle counting and inventory checks.

  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to company standards.

  • Report any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner, working proactively to resolve them.

  • Participate in ongoing training programs to develop skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative or similar role is essential.

  • Excellent understanding of warehouse management, including stock control, picking and packing, and health and safety regulations.

  • Proficiency in the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Flexibility to work during peak periods, adhering to shift patterns as required.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently when necessary.

  • Valid UK driving license is desirable but not essential.
