• Ensure quality control by inspecting work for defects, and making any necessary corrections before completing the job.
• Assist in the selection of materials, sourcing them from suppliers or creating them on site as needed.
• Work effectively within project timelines and budget constraints to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and responding promptly to any concerns or questions. The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
• Proven experience as a Joiner, preferably in the construction industry.
