- Arrival and Preparation: Start your day early to ensure all facilities are ready for guests. Check the condition of common areas, lodge grounds, and equipment. Address any issues promptly.
- Team Briefing: Gather your team for a daily huddle to discuss schedules, guest requests, maintenance needs, and any other relevant topics. Ensure a cohesive approach towards providing exceptional service.
- Guest Interaction: Greet arriving guests warmly, provide them with essential information about the lodge and its surroundings, and help them settle in comfortably. Address their questions or concerns promptly.
- Housekeeping: Oversee housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and inspecting for any maintenance issues that may need attention.
- Lunch Preparation: Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a delicious and satisfying lunch is prepared for guests, using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible.
