Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and other relevant technologies.

  • *Compliance Training:

Develop and deliver training programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as organisational policies and procedures.

  • *Coaching & Mentoring:

Provide guidance, advice, and support to employees in their personal and professional development, acting as a role model for continuous learning.

  • *Partnership Building:
