We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled individual to join our team as a Mental Health Recovery Worker based in Yorkshire and The Humber region.   • Proven experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, preferably within a recovery-focused setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive, therapeutic relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • A genuine commitment to promoting mental health and wellbeing, as well as a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to working with service users.
  • A valid driver's license (or willingness to obtain one) and access to a reliable vehicle, due to the nature of the role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the needs of our service users.
