Title: Midwife Location: East Midlands, United Kingdom Our team is seeking an experienced and compassionate Midwife to join our dynamic healthcare organization in the East Midlands region.   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with women, their families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide education and support to women and families regarding pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, newborn care, and postnatal recovery.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our midwifery services through participation in audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to professional standards, guidelines, and legal requirements to ensure safe and effective care at all times.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and personal development. Qualifications:
  • Registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) as a Registered Midwife.
  • Proven experience working in midwifery, ideally within an acute hospital setting or community midwifery service.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills with a focus on promoting normal physiology and minimizing interventions where appropriate.
  • A passion for women's health with a commitment to providing holistic, woman-centered care.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
