• Carrying out general maintenance, repair, and installation work across various trades such as plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, and electrical work.
• Following detailed instructions and specifications from site supervisors to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Contributing to the safe and efficient operation of construction sites by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assisting in the installation of equipment and machinery as required.
• Collaborating with other tradespeople, subcontractors, and clients to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and implementing best practices within your work.
• Ensuring that all work complies with relevant legislation, standards, and regulations.
• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, and electrical work.
• Demonstrable ability to work at height, use hand tools, and operate power tools safely.
• Good problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A valid CSCS card or willingness to obtain one.
• A full UK driving license is desirable but not essential.
