  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and implementing best practices within your work.
  • Ensuring that all work complies with relevant legislation, standards, and regulations.
  • Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, and electrical work.
  • Demonstrable ability to work at height, use hand tools, and operate power tools safely.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A valid CSCS card or willingness to obtain one.
  • A full UK driving license is desirable but not essential.
