The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Night Support Worker in London. This is a pivotal role that requires a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care and support to our service users.
- Provide high quality, person-centred care and support to our service users during night shifts
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation
- Promote a safe and secure environment for service users and ensure their wellbeing at all times
- Develop positive relationships with service users, understanding their unique needs and preferences
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the care team to provide consistent, coordinated support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to care provision

- Previous experience working as a Support Worker or similar role, preferably within a residential setting
- A strong commitment to delivering person-centred care and support
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with service users and colleagues alike
- A flexible approach to work, including the ability to work shifts on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays
- A willingness to undergo necessary training and checks, including DBS and First Aid certification
