  • Manage and supervise a team of Party Wall Surveyors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct party wall surveys, prepare and serve notices, and produce party wall awards in compliance with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, adjoining owners, and other professionals to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide technical advice and support to the wider organization on party wall matters.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients and industry peers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, best practices, and industry trends related to party walls.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
