  • Partner with Account Executives and Solution Architects to assess customer needs and develop solution proposals that align with our product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate and comprehensive technical information, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and industry best practices to effectively differentiate our offerings.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and responses to RFPs/RFIs to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to provide valuable feedback on product gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding process, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their journey with us.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for learning and professional growth, staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the industry. Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Presales Consultant or similar role within the IT industry.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to understand complex solutions and communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think creatively to address customer needs.
