Job Role Summary: Principal Civil/Structural Engineer (Hybrid) In an exciting opportunity within our organization we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Civil/Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Yorkshire and The Humber. This hybrid role offers the possibility of working remotely while still contributing significantly to key projects on-site. Responsibilities:

• Leading the design, development, and implementation of civil and structural engineering projects from conception through to completion.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within our team.

• Preparing technical reports, specifications, drawings, and other documentation for project submission and approval.

• Staying updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements within the civil and structural engineering field. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Chartered Engineer status (CEng) with a relevant professional body such as the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE), or similar.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within civil/structural engineering, preferably in the infrastructure, construction, or development sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant UK building regulations, codes, and standards.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, etc.) and the ability to quickly learn new technologies as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
