• Previous experience working as a Residential Support Worker, or similar role within social care, is essential.
• A relevant Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent is preferred, although we encourage applications from those who are willing to work towards this qualification with our support.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
