  • Develop and implement resource management plans, strategies, and policies that support efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify resource requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Allocate resources across projects and teams based on skillset, capacity, and workload.
  • Monitor the performance of allocated resources, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies and taking corrective action as necessary.
