Job Obligations
As a valued member of our retail team, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*Customer Service
- : Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about products, and assisting with purchases. Strive to create a positive shopping experience for every customer that enters our store.
- *Merchandise Management
- : Ensure the merchandise is well-stocked, neatly arranged, and easily accessible for customers. This includes replenishing shelves and racks as needed and organizing displays.
- *Sales Transactions
- : Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment securely and professionally.
- *Loss Prevention
- : Contribute to loss prevention efforts by following all store policies regarding inventory control and security procedures. Report any suspected shoplifting or other security issues to your supervisor immediately.
- *Housekeeping
- : Maintain a clean and orderly work area, as well as the entire store, including restrooms and common areas. Clean spills and messes promptly, dispose of trash appropriately, and perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and sweeping.
