  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex risk and finance data transformation projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Design, develop, and implement innovative data transformation solutions that drive operational efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance financial performance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers, providing guidance on technical best practices, methodologies, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with IT, risk, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of data transformation solutions within the organization's existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes in risk management and financial reporting, proactively integrating new insights into our data transformation strategies. Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in leading data transformation projects within the risk and finance domains, preferably in a Financial Services organization.
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools such as Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Extensive knowledge of risk management principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III, IFRS, Solvency II).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex data transformation concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or similar are highly desirable.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think strategically and deliver pragmatic solutions.
