As a vital member of our dynamic and ambitious team, the Sales & Events Manager plays an integral role in driving the success of our organisation by managing sales activities and planning and executing various events. Here is a typical day in this exciting role: Morning (9:00 - 12:00) - Review daily schedules, prioritize tasks, and address any urgent matters from the previous day.

  • Check and respond to emails, voicemails, and messages related to sales inquiries or event planning.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients for new business opportunities, following up on leads, and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets.

Afternoon (12:00 - 15:00) - Prepare reports detailing sales performance, client feedback, and event progress for management review.

  • Coordinate with the events team to plan and organize upcoming events, ensuring all details are well-organized and executed seamlessly.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to arrange necessary services for upcoming events.
  • Review contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents to ensure terms and conditions are met by all parties involved.
