*Minimum Qualifications: *

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as an SAP Test Lead, Team Lead, or equivalent role within a large organization.
• In-depth understanding of the entire SAP software suite and its associated technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a test environment.
• Strong knowledge of testing methods, tools, and processes for SAP implementation projects.
• Proven ability to design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

• Experience working in the East of England or a similar region is highly desirable.
