  • Develop, maintain, and enhance our bid processes, templates, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on bid status, opportunities, and potential risks or challenges.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in bid management, preferably within the South East region or similar market.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing bids for complex projects or programs.
  • Strong understanding of business development processes, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across various teams and functions.
  • High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform bid strategy and decisions.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems).
  • Familiarity with industry best practices for proposal development, presentation, and evaluation.

  • Developing and managing the bid process from initial identification through to final submission, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and best practices.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams, including proposal writers, subject matter experts, and legal professionals, to create persuasive and high-quality proposals.
  • Collaborating with sales and account management teams to develop relationships with key clients and maintain a strong understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Conducting competitive analysis to ensure our bids are competitively priced and offer superior value compared to competitors.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate submission of all proposals, adhering to internal deadlines and external client requirements.
