  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Law) is required. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, or CIA) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a GRC role within a complex and fast-paced organization.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles, regulatory compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective GRC strategies.
