  • *Resource Allocation
  • : Manage the allocation of resources including personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet project demands. Ensure efficient use of resources for optimal project outcomes.
  • *Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
  • : Implement quality standards and procedures for mechanical contracting activities across all projects. Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • *Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance
